Virtual Learning Opportunity for Wisconsin Educators!
Fully implemented personalized learning is present in not just the classroom. Leaders will examine the organizational structures present in traditional schools and districts to determine their alignment with personalization. How do master schedules, compensation structures, planning schemes, stakeholder communication and goal setting align to the core tenets of personalization? This course will explore alternatives to traditional models that may stand in the way of full implementation of personalized learning.

Self-paced workshops offer interactive, just in time professional learning around specific instructional practices, strategies, and frameworks. They also provide educators with an opportunity for reflection and practical application. Districts have the option of creating their own cohort of participants; please contact the course facilitator for more information.
This online workshop is designed to take approximately four (4) hours to complete.
