Creating a culture that nurtures independence and agency is key to helping our learners navigate their life and positively impact their circumstances. As educators, that means we must consider what we are doing for our learners that they could, or should be, doing for themselves. Join this conversation to explore strategies to support the development of lifelong learners who are intrinsically motivated and find purpose and take ownership of their learning.
