Formative Assessment to Drive Learning and Instruction

Formative assessments are used by educators AND learners through the learning process to provide timely, actionable feedback necessary to drive instruction and make decisions about future learning. In this workshop, participants will define the formative assessment process and explore learner-centered practices that can be embedded in any learning environment.

This course workshop is designed to take approximately four hours to complete.

Self-paced courses offer interactive, just-in-time professional learning around specific instructional practices, strategies, and frameworks. They also provide educators with an opportunity for reflection and practical application.
