Engaging Students...Creating Learners
We all have biases. Knowing our bias is half the battle to overcoming them. Addressing your bias when coaching educators is key to their growth and ultimately, student success. This course will lead you through exploring bias and examine coaching conversations that implement strategies to help coaches maintain self-awareness, general mindfulness, and call attention to their biases through targeted questions.

eCampus by CESA #1 is a collection of virtual learning experiences covering a wide range of topics that focus on building the capacity of educators to positively impact learners. Each course will provide an overview of the “why” and “what” behind a specific practice and then take a deeper dive into HOW educators can bring the practice to life in their unique context. These learning experiences include opportunities for reflection on, and application of, specific instructional practices, strategies, and frameworks. All eCampus courses are self-paced, asynchronous and designed to take approximately four hours to complete. Content in courses designated with a I, II, or III are designed to be taken in order. All other courses can be accessed in any order. Enrollment is rolling due to the self-paced nature of the courses. Important Dates: Registration opens May 16, 2023; Access to courses begins July 1, 2023; Registration closes May 15, 2024; All coursework must be completed by June 15, 2024. |
