Fostering Curiosity for Deeper Learning 2024-25

Curiosity is the fuel for discovery, inquiry, and understanding. Cultivating this curiosity in our learners will jump-start intrinsic motivation and allow for deeper learning. In this course, you will explore strategies to create curious thinkers and uncover opportunities to build wonder with learners. Let’s make exploration, fun, and curiosity a part of their day, every day! 

This course is aligned with the i4PL Honeycomb framework for learner-centered practice.

Learning Intentions:

• Understand the importance of curiosity-driven learning
• Identify ways to bring curiosity and wonder into your learning environment
• Explore strategies to foster curiosity in your learners

eCampus by CESA 1 is a collection of virtual learning experiences covering a wide range of topics that focus on building the capacity of educators to positively impact learners. All eCampus courses are self-paced and asynchronous. Enrollment is rolling due to the self-paced nature of the courses.

Content in courses designated with a I, II, or III are designed to be taken in order. All other other courses can be accessed in any order. The Learner-Centered Practice and Leading Learner-Centered Education series of courses align with the i4PL model.
