Description
We all have a vision for what we want our learner-centered environment to look like, feel like, and sound like. After spending time exploring essential skills, you will focus on how to co-design learning with your learners to grow a collaborative vision and help them discover what skills and dispositions empower them to become successful, POWERful learners. This course requires a lesson or unit that you would like to transform using this process.
Learning Intentions:
- Apply elements of the hero's journey story framework to the learning experience
- Develop a vision for your learners: What does learning look like/sound like/feel like?
- Purposefully embed essential skills into learning experiences that support your vision
- Learn how to plan for success by turning obstacles into opportunities.

eCampus by CESA 1 is a collection of virtual learning experiences covering a wide range of topics that focus on building the capacity of educators to positively impact learners. All eCampus courses are self-paced and asynchronous. Enrollment is rolling due to the self-paced nature of the courses.
Content in courses designated with a I, II, or III are designed to be taken in order. All other other courses can be accessed in any order. The Learner-Centered Practice and Leading Learner-Centered Education series of courses align with the i4PL model.
