Comprehensive Coordinated Early Intervening Services (CCEIS) Summit
June 15 (midday/time TBD) - June 17, 2026
$25 per person
This event is designed for LEAs identified in spring 2024, 2025, or 2026 under 20 U.S. Code § 1418(d)(2). LEA staff who attend this event will learn more about federally-required statutory actions based on their identifications and Comprehensive Coordinated Early Intervening Services under IDEA. Topics will include (but are not limited to) root cause analysis, aligning factors and strategies, and allowable CCEIS budget items. For LEAs who qualify, we encourage you to bring your team members (i.e., district administrators, special education directors, C&I directors, WiMLSS coordinators).

About the speaker
Jessica Wei Huang is an educator & school leader with 20+ years of experience as a classroom teacher, school principal and leadership coach/facilitator, 17 of those years spent as a teacher and then principal at the June Jordan School for Equity in San Francisco. Jessica has a Bachelor’s of Foreign Service from Georgetown University, a Master’s of Education from Stanford University, and is currently a PhD graduate student at the University of San Diego in Education and Social Justice.
