Description
Through this workshop participants will move from an understanding of dyslexia, to the practical application of Tier 1 and Tier 2 instructional strategies needed to bridge the gap between theory and classroom.
Workshop Highlights
- Practice Evidence-Based Literacy Routines: Learn to implement a three-part multisensory drill as well as syllabication techniques that build decoding and fluency skills.
- Bridge Phonics and Morphology: Transition from basic spelling patterns to advanced word study, unlocking meaning for students at every grade level.
- Design and Differentiate: Collaborate to design lessons tailored to your students, integrating multisensory strategies that support learners using a structured literacy framework.
