Description
Audience: School Resource Officers, Pupil Services, and School Administrators
The CESA 1 School Resource Officer (SRO) Network will focus on developing successful relationships with diverse students, providing valuable resources to school staff, and developing strategies to resolve problems affecting youth and protect all students.
This network meets four times throughout the school year to learn together, receive updates, study case examples, network to share successes and discuss challenges, and model and share district programs. Guest speakers, service providers and research will ground the new learning. SRO’s will have ample time for networking.
A variety of relevant public safety topics will be explored. Participants will offer suggestions based on their needs and learning requests.
