Description
By pairing flexible online learning with a hands-on, in-person design session, this hybrid workshop will help you master the practical application of the skills needed for successful AI implementation. The Learning Lab includes:
- Four eLearning Courses: Access to Introduction to AI plus three additional self-selected courses to explore at your own pace, ranging from Gemini Notebook to ethics to writing and more. Visit the i4PL website to see the full eLearning Course Catalog.
- One In-Person Design Session: Collaborate with a network of peers to build practical classroom materials.
- Collaborative Resources: The resources that participants collaboratively create will be saved in a shared repository that they can use throughout the 2026-2027 school year.
Learning Intentions
- ​Evaluate and Select: Identify and independently complete three AI learning pathways to build a personalized foundation in AI.
- Design and Co-Create: Collaborate with a network of peers to design high-quality, practical, AI-enhanced materials and workflows tailored to specific instructional or leadership needs.
- Synthesize and Share: Work collectively to refine AI-generated content for accuracy and integrity, contributing to a shared repository of vetted resources.
Participants will receive a digital badge upon submission of work aligned with the Design Session.

Choose one date to attend. All design sessions run 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
The AI Learning Lab includes self-paced, eLearning coursework that must be completed prior to your Design Session. eLearning courses open September 1, 2026 and close July 31, 2027.
