Please note: This is a team-based learning experience, with a *minimum team of 3 people* ($1300 registration fee PER PERSON). Before proceeding to registration, please assemble your team and their corresponding contact information (name, title, email address, phone number, and school name) making it easier to register the whole team at one time. You will not be able to go back and update information or add additional people on your own.

Suggested Team Members: (Consistent team members need to attend all 5 training days)
Administrators, School Resource Officers, Counselors, Psychologists, School Social Workers, Nurses, Pupil Services Directors, Teachers, Special Ed Staff


Delivered by experienced facilitators and former educators, topics are presented with practical information that easily aligns with school culture. Participants will be equipped with meaningful knowledge and increased tools in their toolbox to change individual practices, building procedures, and inform district policy. Knowledge of each topic area will be deepened by focus on:
 Increasing knowledge and dispelling myths
 Improving the ability to identify signs of concern
 Frameworks to enhance Universal Strategies at Tier 1
 Approaches to inform individualized student planning at Tiers 2 and 3

As a result of this training experience, participants will be able to:
 Transform individual practices
 Inform school policy and procedure
 Promote resilience and recovery post-pandemic
 Deliver updated topical information in turn-key Professional Development
 Obtain access to curated resources and handouts to assist in times of grief or crisis
 Evaluate potential TIG fit with other school, district, or regional approaches

DAY 1:  June 12, 2024  Grief/Loss & Trauma

DAY 4:  August 13, 2024  Chronic Illness & Suicide Assessment (Amy Scheel-Jones)
DAY 5:  August 14, 2024  Threat Assessment Management & Implementation (Amy Scheel-Jones)
