Description
In this course, you will uncover how to hone your coaching moves, build relationships, and support teachers to ensure that you get the most out of your new instructional coaching role. Learn how to implement a model of instructional coaching that focuses on partnering with teachers to reach goals for student learning and closing gaps.
Learning Intentions:
- Explore techniques for relationship-building in new coaching situations
- Identify additional ways to engage in response to various coaching situations
- Understand how core values, personality, and adult learning principles set a solid foundation for coaching success

eCampus by CESA 11 is a collection of virtual learning experiences covering a wide range of topics that focus on building the capacity of educators to positively impact learners. All eCampus courses are self-paced and asynchronous. Enrollment is rolling due to the self-paced nature of the courses.
Content in courses designated with a I, II, or III are designed to be taken in order. All other other courses can be accessed in any order. The Learner-Centered Practice and Leading Learner-Centered Education series of courses align with the i4PL model.
