In this course, you will learn how building personalized and agentic learning systems for all stakeholders allows for deep and sustainable transformation.
Learning Intentions:
- Understand Learning and Teaching, the second of five elements in leading an organization through transformation to a personalized, competency-based (PCBL) system of education
- Explore instructional frameworks aligned with personalized, competency-based education
- Analyze current professional learning plans and determine short- and long-term actions needed to design a plan that models PCBL practices
- Understand "look-fors" as a formative feedback tool
- Determine the degree to which formative and summative feedback processes in your school or district align to PCBL
