Description
Conferring and feedback are two essential elements when developing a learner-centered environment. During this course, you will explore strategies to structure and execute purposeful and impactful conferring and conferencing with your learners. Feedback and goal-setting strategies will also be explored. Leave with practical methods for transforming your learning environments!
Learning Intentions:
- Learn how the roles of learners and educators shift as learners take more ownership of the learning cycle
- Identify the characteristics of conferring and conferencing
- Explore different types of goal setting and the role it plays in your learning environment
- Examine best practices in feedback to improve protocols and processes

eCampus by CESA 1 is a collection of virtual learning experiences covering a wide range of topics that focus on building the capacity of educators to positively impact learners. All eCampus courses are self-paced and asynchronous. Enrollment is rolling due to the self-paced nature of the courses.
Content in courses designated with a I, II, or III are designed to be taken in order. All other other courses can be accessed in any order. The Learner-Centered Practice and Leading Learner-Centered Education series of courses align with the i4PL model.
