Audience:
Team members (new or existing) on previously trained and implementing teams, new administrators on implementing teams, previously trained teams wanting to refresh their Universal systems.
Purpose:
This one-day training helps participants review key concepts of their Universal WiMLSS-Behavior system (PBIS) and consider system enhancements and revisions to help meet the needs of ALL students. This training is designed specifically for buildings with previous training experience and at least some implementation of Tier 1 Behavior supports.
Completion or commitment to complete an WiMLSS Framework training is required to participate in this offering.
Team Objectives:
- Learn how to apply equity concepts to existing universal systems.
- Review the key elements of a universal behavior support system.
- Reflect on current systems and practices and receive support to revise or enhance current systems.
Registration includes:
- Continental breakfast and lunch
- Team Readiness Support and follow-up Implementation Coaching

This offering is part of the WiMLSS Project. This event is partially funded through the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) to cover the instructional and administrative fees, which we estimate to be around $2,250 per day for a team of six. Any fee recovery is charged to cover meals, materials, and venue.
