Participants will:

• Engage in collaborative discussions and activities to develop targeted action plans for implementing science-aligned literacy practices 
• Explore ways to ensure consistent implementation of research-supported reading instruction throughout the school system
• Develop understanding and focus around explicit instruction in foundational literacy skills, such as phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension, ensuring systematic progression and mastery
