Developing individualized learning plans (ILPs) for English Learners (ELs) is a crucial step in supporting their academic success and language development. Participants will learn how to effectively utilize ACCESS for ELL data to guide instructional planning and decision-making. This hands-on workshop will equip educators and administrators with the tools, strategies, and best practices needed to create effective, personalized plans tailored to the unique needs of ELs.
