Legal Series 2025-26

This series will provide frequent updates of current legal topics relating to special education. We will discuss what the 2025-2026 school year will look like along with future years.  Your input for topics of interest to you and your colleagues is welcome!

Please note, there are 3 in-person dates, and 3 virtual dates offered.

There will be time allotted at the end of each session for dialog/conversation with our presenters.

Registrants will receive login information prior to each session.  The sessions will NOT be recorded for confidentiality of our participants.
