Description

This series will provide frequent updates of current legal topics relating to special education. We will discuss what the 2025-2026 school year will look like along with future years. Your input for topics of interest to you and your colleagues is welcome!

Please note, there are 3 in-person dates, and 3 virtual dates offered.

There will be time allotted at the end of each session for dialog/conversation with our presenters.

Registrants will receive login information prior to each session through the NEON CESA 1 registration system emails. The sessions will NOT be recorded for confidentiality of our participants.

This event is made possible in part through funding from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, which offsets a significant portion of the costs—estimated at $750/person for the full Legal Series sessions. As a result, any participant fees are minimal and solely used to cover meals, materials, and venue expenses.

Charter schools can attend the Legal Series with the costs covered by the charter grant; charter schools should select the 'pay later' option when registering.
