In this training, participants will:
- Identify leadership practices to support teacher growth related to classroom management

- Identify feedback approaches to build teacher autonomy in making classroom management decisions and support their classroom management needs
- Complete annual evaluator recertification training as per DPI requirements for statewide Educator Effectiveness
This training will be offered on September 24, 2025 and January 28, 2026; choose one date to attend.
*There is no cost for state model, CESA 1 region public school districts and charters.
$100 per person for private schools or districts outside of CESA 1 region.
This event is made possible in part through funding from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, which offsets a significant portion of the costs—estimated at approximately $100 per participant per day. As a result, any participant fees are minimal and solely used to cover meals, materials, and venue expenses.
