CESA 1 Statewide School-Based OT/PT Conference 2025

Registration is open for the CESA 1 Statewide School-based OT/PT Conference 2025, "Empowering Students Through the Continuum of School-based OT and PT Practice." 

This year we're offering two options to engage in the conference:

• Flexible on-demand learning – We’re keeping the convenience of our virtual, on-demand format.
  • All registrants will have access to a library of more than 20 pre-recorded, on-demand sessions.
  • View these at your own pace and on your own schedule from Nov. 6, 2025 – Jan. 16, 2026.
  • Keynotes are available to watch via livestream and on demand (within ~2 weeks after the presentation).
• New! In-person kickoff – Let’s come together for some exciting live elements as we kick off the conference on Thursday, Nov. 6 and Friday, Nov. 7. This live kickoff offers additional, optional in-person collaboration for those interested. Attendees may choose to attend one or both days for no additional cost. The in-person sessions include:
  • Watch the virtual keynote sessions with colleagues in a classroom-style environment.
  • In-person networking opportunities throughout each day.
  • Edcamp sessions offer a deeper dive on topics meaningful to you. Each day, attendees will determine the subjects to discuss.
  • Multiple breakout sessions provide in-depth discussion and collaboration opportunities.
  • Vendor fair showcasing tools to help you serve your students.
  • Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
  • In addition, all registrants will have access to the full on-demand learning library. View these at your own pace and on your own schedule from Nov. 6, 2025 – Jan. 16, 2026.
  • Only 100 seats for the in-person kickoff each day!

Registration closes at 3:30 PM on December 16, 2025! The first 400 registrants will receive a swag bag. Please complete your mailing address when registering to receive the SWAG bag and other prizes.

Attending our kickoff sessions in person? A block of rooms is reserved at the Courtyard Milwaukee Brookfield at Poplar Creek. Book by Oct. 6 to get the discounted rate of $134/night.

Also available are CEUs & licensure support: We'll provide CEUs approved by the Wisconsin PT Association (APTA Wisconsin) and the Wisconsin OT Association (WOTA) needed for licensure renewal, including sessions to fulfill your ethics requirement.
