Description
The CESA 1 Mentor Network is a supportive community of educators committed to fostering the success and growth of beginning teachers. The Mentor Network provides dedicated space for mentors to connect, collaborate, and build skills to enhance their impact. Through ongoing learning, resource sharing, and peer support, mentors will strengthen their practice and the induction experience for new educators.
Participants will enjoy the opportunity to:
- Collaborate with other mentors to share strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Deepen understanding of effective mentoring approaches aligned to the Wisconsin Teacher Induction and Mentoring Guidebook.
- Explore resources and protocols to support new teacher development and well-being.
- Reflect on their own mentoring practice and set goals for growth.

Cost:
There is no cost for CESA 1 region public school districts and charters; $200 per person for private schools or districts outside of CESA 1.
This event is made possible in part through funding from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, which offsets a significant portion of the costs—estimated at approximately $200 per participant per day. As a result, any participant fees are minimal and solely used to cover meals, materials, and venue expenses.
