Incident Response Planning & Tabletop Exercises

This training is designed to equip school staff with the tools and knowledge necessary to protect our educational environments from modern digital threats. This event will provide a brief overview of the Cybersecurity Rubric, a powerful framework for self-assessing and improving your school's cybersecurity posture.

During this training participants will: 

• have dedicated time to organize and review their school's existing Incident Response Plan
• complete interactive Incident Response Tabletop Exercises to test their team's readiness in a simulated cyber incident
• identify key takeaways and areas for improvement in their plan
• create a roadmap for building a stronger cybersecurity posture for their district

Audience - Primary focus: Technology Teams. Secondary focus: Superintendents and their cabinets
