Audience: Special Education Teachers, Instructional Coaches, School Psychologists, and LEAs
 

Purpose: This session is geared to school staff who are interested in learning about how to use the DLM assessment system and alternative achievement standards in their daily instruction.  The focus is on programming for students with significant cognitive disabilities who are eligible for special education services in areas such as: intellectual disability, autism, other health impaired to include planning, implementation, data collection, and classroom management.  
 

Presenter: Lisa Link, LAL Educational Consulting Services, LLC
Lisa Link is a special educator and consultant with over three decades of experience with youth with complex health, learning, mental health and behavioral needs from ages three to adult. Lisa is adept at using her deep knowledge from decades of experience to support growth and development through collaborative partnerships with all. Lisa has a passion for making difficult situations less so, by offering clarity and support grounded in her experience with high leverage practices. She enjoys working in home, business and school settings.
