Payment Information

  • Checks, purchase orders and credit cards are accepted. You will receive an event confirmation email once you complete the registration. 

  • If paying by check or purchase order, please print this confirmation and submit with your payment or purchase order. Make checks/purchase orders payable to CESA 1. Invoices will be mailed for unpaid school district participants. To school districts submitting payment or purchase orders on behalf of participants, please include confirmation documentation.

  • Cancellations:

    • Registration cancellations must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the workshop or course for a refund to be issued. 

    • Registrations paid with a credit card and cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the workshop will be refunded - less processing fees.

    • CESA 1 has made commitments to the trainer and vendor(s); therefore registrants who cancel less than 2 weeks before the event or do not attend the event will be billed for the full fee, regardless of payment method.
